I am the owner of 506 W College Ave and I can assure you CORE Contracting LLC does not have a business here and NEVER has in the 6 plus years I’ve owned the building. So beware of a business claiming it has a business address it does NOT have. As you can see in the picture the address is currently up for lease and there is no business it.
This dude is bogus, robbing others of thousands of dollars and gets away with it!!!! The justice system convicts the innocent and lets the guilty go!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS GUY!! He takes peoples money and never finishes the job. He’s ripped off so many people. CCAP him too. He’s even in trouble with banks. Karma will catch up.
