I had a total shoulder replacement in July 2015 (my other shoulder having been done 3 years before). Based on my previous experience with the PT-factory in my health plan, I decided to pay personally for the option of working with Kelly. It was worth every penny, and probably more, to do so. Her understanding, insight, and explanations are all stellar. My recovery has been even better than last time (and that one was great). I cannot imagine a better physical therapist anywhere in the world.
