I have been training with Michelle for a few years now. Great motivation, great workouts. Be prepared to sweat. Highly recommend Michelle and her team.
Good class overall. The guy who came in to turn down the music made the vibe uncomfortable and they didn't have water except from the tap in the bathroom.
Been a core member since 2016. Great team of trainers, super supportive and modified workouts for all levels. Thanks Michelle!
