Absolute love Meg, her classes, and this community. Not only has my body and strength improved significantly in the 4 months I’ve been taking classes, my confidence and willingness to push myself with Megs encouragement has been so impactful. Her knowledge and instruction on the body, muscles, posture, and breath has improved my lifting, running, functional movement, and overall health and wellness. I cannot recommend these classes enough!!
Meg is the best pilates instructor with a beautiful little historic basement studio right on the square! Meg's background is physical therapy, so her classes are focused on functional fitness and proper form. She has helped me alleviate some back pain by encouraging me to use proper posture and build my core muscles. Meg and her regulars are so kind and welcoming to new students too! I stumbled upon Meg’s class about a month ago in the Mind Body app and I am hooked! Her classes are incredible. If I had the time, I would go everyday! Whether it’s mat Pilates or Pilates Circuit, you leave feeling rewarded and stronger. She’s an amazing teacher, quick to correct form and make sure you are really getting the most of your movement. The best is the people who attend the classes, they are so kind and motivating. It’s an absolutely wonderful environment!

She teaches from her PT background, so you always know not only what you're doing, but why. Meg's classes are more than just a workout; they're a place of community providing encouragement along the way.
