CORE is bad business! If I could rate this place ZERO stars, I would! This place has bad business practices and prey on the uninformed! Don't be like me and regret going to this place, as I sit here and type this from my iPhone! They've had my computer for more than a month now from what I was told a."Quick Fix"! Everything is never their fault as wrong parts were shipped etc! Definitely stay away from, you'll be glad you did!
Pathetic Excuse for a Business! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY TAKING YOUR COMPUTER TO THIS RAT HOLE!!! I took my computer there because a virus attacked it and I was told it would be ready the next day. Well the next day turned into 3 weeks and they DID NOT recover any of the documents that I requested them to. They do not return calls or e-mails so don't bother trying to complain. Computer Problems Solved I had a few major problems with my personal computer. I took it to Core and their Technicians had me up and running the very next day. I would recommend them any of you that have computer problems.
Just don't waste your time Long story short- I'm studying abroad in London and my laptop broke down. I didn't want to pay London prices (which are very high) and I could still access all the information on my laptop, so I waited until I came home for Christmas. I dropped it off at Core Computers in late December and told them exactly what was wrong with it (having taken it to some tech's in London). Friendly service, fast repair! My laptop recently died on my and I was forced to seek a computer repair specialist. My first thought was the "geek squad" at a well known chain store, but after they told me they would have to send it off and it would take 2-3 weeks to get it back and couldn't give me an estimate, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
