Best Lagree studio on long island for sure! Kindest staff. Very knowledgeable instructors. Owners and front desk staff are awesome. Always willing to help out and remedy any issues if they ever arise. This will be the best workout of your life!
The entire team at core & co are one of kind!! They welcome you with kindness and care. What I love most is how comfortable they make you feel no matter your level of experience. It’s a kickass workout and I am so happy to have joined the studio and found them!!!
This gym has the intensity I'm looking for but with an environment that is easy-going and encouraging. It's like a family in there, and I'm always wanting to go back!
Core & Co is always a challenging workout! As someone who has always played sports/exercised, this challenges me in different ways than I’m used to. It forces you to slow down, and really focus on the mind muscle connection. I’m constantly challenged every class and look forward to coming back multiple times a week! The environment is so welcoming and friendly, a 10/10 experience every time.
Absolutely love it!! Such a different work out than I’m used to, love feeling that shake. I’ve noticed better posture and my hip pain is gone :)
