My favorite Pilates place. I love the work outs and most importantly I love the energy of the classes.
I have been going to Core + Core for almost a year and a half now and it’s one of the best workout classes ever. From my very first class the instructors were so welcoming and the environment was just so friendly. I feel so refreshed after every single class and I can really see the difference in my body. Shoutout to Maddy! Her classes are so fun and challenging. I always feel great after her classes!
