This place is definitely not beginner friendly. Tried 2 classes with a friend and we both felt so uncomfortable. We got a 2 class pack for our first time and my friend didnt even want to show up to the 2nd one. Both of the instructors we had didn’t seem like they liked their jobs. Even sitting down during one of them. There was many empty megaformers and they were doing instructions on the wall or on the floor in the corner where people can’t really see if you’re in the back. I have been going to Core + Core for almost a year and a half now and it’s one of the best workout classes ever. From my very first class the instructors were so welcoming and the environment was just so friendly. I feel so refreshed after every single class and I can really see the difference in my body. Shoutout to Maddy! Her classes are so fun and challenging. I always feel great after her classes!

Core & Co has truly changed my life, both mentally and physically. From the moment you walk in, the energy is unmatched. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and invested in your growth.
