Love this place! the instructors are wonderful and I can feel myself getting stronger with each class. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reformer pilates place!
I’ve been a member for 6 months now and I absolutely love this studio! Staff is super welcoming and always helpful and the studio itself is really nice and clean! The workout is one of the best I’ve ever done and I love the fact it is full body! Cailey and Maddy M are my favorite instructors to take classes with! Definitely recommend trying!
Im currently a member and I love core + co I have always struggled to remain consistent in working out until I found Core + co. Everyone is so friendly classes are great and overall so clean. Definitely recommend !!
