Glenny is extremely incompetent. I was a patient of hers for several years. She's dismissive and curt. My breaking point came after I broke my wrist after an accident and needed surgery for; which became infected. I'd ask for numerous appointments only to be met with dismissal and a basic hydro cream and she actually exasperated the wound making it worse. Never have I met such a cold noncaring dismissive person. I have worked with hundreds of doctors in all fields surgeons, specialists, oncologists, radiologists, neurologists, cardiologists.... and everyone of them were kind responsive and humble. Never have I fealt worse coming out of doctors office, unheard and unresolved than I have with every visit with Dr Glenny. She needs to work harder on her people skills. If I could give Dr Glenny and her physicians assistant zero stars I would. Both are incredibly condescending and unhelpful to the point that I’m honestly shocked that they have multiple five star reviews. Every time I made an appointment I prepared myself to be left feeling worse and for nothing to be done about my health concerns. The only times I felt helped were if I needed something basic prescribed. Very happy that I’ve found a new doctor!
