This iis locally owned .My story is to long to share. I will just say I wouldn't know what I would do without core balance. I fell backwards on the pavement hitting head and the rest of the body. And received a referral from my eye doc to here and the moment I met Barb, it helped. She knew what to do to get me back to work. My balance was off, dizziness and my head/ neck hurt really bad. I was referred to Core Balance by my Primary for vertigo. Becky and Mia were the best. They were very helpful and reassuring through all my procedures. My vertigo is gone and I hope it never returns. I would highly recommend Core Balance to anyone needing PT. Thanks again ladies.

called in pain and was met with "ok......." in a bad tone. then was told I cant get physical therapy without a dr. referral because that is the law in michigan, when it in fact is not. michigan direct access physical therapy law allows you to get physical therapy without needing to go through a physician. initially called core balance first because of glowing reviews, but was met with awful service over the phone.
I have suffered on and off with BPPV. Dr Barb is amazing. She explained everything and the treatment brought immediate relief. Thank you to all at Core Balance.
