Rafat was great. He explained the problem, what was needed to fix, and was very flexible with his time to get the repair completed expeditiously - i.e., he came on Sunday to do the repair. He also provided a great deal of additional information about the washer, additional maintenance that we could do on our own, and the overall profile of errors with washers in general and our specific brand. $80 to have Alec come out and tell me "it's normal to smell gas from the cabinets under my stovetop and that the reason my burners were taking so long to turn on was because the gas wasn't turned on all the way.." Then proceeded to claim he could install my new dishwasher and told me he was going to splice the wire from my old hardwired dishwasher into the new outlet style plug for the new dishwasher.... Because that's safer and easier than having an electrician install an outlet. My god, never again
