I have been seeing Chelsea for the past 6 months for general strength and conditioning, injury rehab and running form analysis. Her ability to go above and beyond as well as significant attention to detail has allowed me to return to racing at nationals and elite fields both on the Track and road. I have been attending Back in Motion Malvern for a few months now and I am loving it. Bone health and strength training are so important in menopause and I am doing everything I can for my bone density. An absolute game changer for me has been attending BiM because it's supervised by physiotherapists and it is evidence based. It's time effective, the classes are small and I feel my strength gets better every week. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to improve their bone density and strength.
