I started at core and curves pretty much at the bottom of the fitness scale, after trying other gyms in the past but struggling to find motivation to continue to attend. I am happy to say it has been a year and I am still attending classes every week, with a huge improvement to my fitness and overall health, thanks to Maria and her team’s encouragement and advice!
