I have been a member for over 20 years under core fcu and I was excited about the merger with cfcu with all the new offerings they stated would happen with the merger. Unfortunately it has been such a major let down from trying to get the app to work properly (still have issues) to the staffing issues at the north Syracuse branch and just the rude customer service (which is why I haven’t called about my app. I have been considering closing my account but I have been a member for so long. Their app never works to make a payment.
Every time I try to get a hold of this Credit Union the number disconnects.I will never do business with them again for another loan!
We spoke with Wendy today and she was beyond helpful and very nice, would recommend her for anyone with any questions!!
