A long time member, who rarely reviews. We set up an appointment with Brian McKnight . Very impressed! Great service! Next was a very pleasant meeting and application process with Wendy Cotton. She is delightful and very much a people person. Both are great representatives of the credit union. We are very happy with the new CFCU.
I've always had good service from the staff at this location. Any issue I've had they resolved rather quickly.

The office has been short staffed for nearly a month now making it so the inside lobby is closed. This is extremely inconvenient, especially for people who have coin to deposit. The length of time it takes to even talk to somebody at the window is also ridiculous. This was never an issue until the credit union switched over under this branch. It is a big let down.
I have been a member for over 20 years under core fcu and I was excited about the merger with cfcu with all the new offerings they stated would happen with the merger. Unfortunately it has been such a major let down from trying to get the app to work properly (still have issues) to the staffing issues at the north Syracuse branch and just the rude customer service (which is why I haven’t called about my app. I have been considering closing my account but I have been a member for so long.
