I visit Morehead regularly and was looking for personal training and classes at a gym that didn’t require a long-term commitment. Core 925 was exactly what I wanted—it has strength classes at 6 am and in the afternoon on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a boot camp class on Saturdays, no commitment required. Justin, the owner and one of the trainers, comes up with fun workouts and keeps a close eye on clients’ form.
