I have been coming here for about 2 months..at first totally kicking my butt and seemed to cause all kind of injury in my back, shoulders etc. The coaches are super knowledgeable and supportive...in addressing my issues and helping me correct my position on the machine. I'm so so much stronger and get stronger everything I go. Love this place!
Took my first Core 704 class today through classpass and it was amazing! Some reformer studios can be intimidating but they were so welcoming and walked me through the machine, class, etc before it started. Morgan the instructor is wonderful!
I absolutely love it here. Every instructor I’ve had has been so warm and helpful. I always feel challenged and supported in my workout. I’m brand new to Pilates and even suffer from horrible carpal tunnel. I’m able to modify on my wrists for nearly every move and every new instructor always clarifies what exactly my injuries are. They are so fun, patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. Love this studio! Shout out to Emily and Maggie, amazing instructors. Always a challenging class, this studio is always clean and love all the different music they play. 10/10 👌🏽
