The Core Former classes are organized by blocks of lower, upper, core, and oblique targeted exercises. The moves range from moderate to extremely challenging. The coaches are great at helping participants vary their movements to suit each individual’s fitness levels. Beginners will find themselves learning fast and experts will be adequately challenged. It’s easy to book and cancel classes on their app.
I am obsessed with this studio. I have been to five classes so far and everyday is a humbling experience and always leave shaking which I love! The instructors all have been so nice and I love when they correct any bad form I have to hit better results. I just moved here and this was my first choice in Pilates and so glad my first choice was the best choice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
