Supportive coaches, challenging workout, and fun music!
I have been going to Core704 for 3 years now and hope to continue for many more years. It is a fantastic workout! Every class is different from the moves, the music, and the resistance. The instructors are amazing! They bring the energy to every class. While the reformer can look intimidating, the instructors do a fantastic job of explaining posture/stance/alignment and where specific exercises should be targeted on your body. Such a great community here! The instructors are attentive and encouraging, the classes are tough, and the atmosphere is always really positive. I started coming 3+ years ago and quickly became a regular. Highly recommend
I’ve been a member for 3+ years and absolutely love this studio. The instructors are amazing, the classes are tough, and the community is very welcoming. It’s the perfect mix of challenge, support, and great people.
I’m obsessed with the 5:30am classes M-F! The low lights are perfect for that time in the morning, instructors are highly educated, and every playlist hits. No complaints and I love that it’s right in the neighborhood.
