Probably one of the most challenging workouts I've ever done! The staff was nice and friendly. I only did one class but it wasn't for me -- there were a lot of things too difficult for me to do and as supportive as everyone was, many of the moves couldn't be queued to something I could do. So I would recommend this place if you are somewhat athletic already, or just give it a try with one class to see how it works for you.
Maegan and Erika are absolute angels! I’ve been doing Pilates for about 6 weeks now and I’m in love! Maegan and Erika are so helpful to beginners and really put together a great workout. I’m so thankful for core 704
I took my CoreFormer first class today and was really nervous going in. Maegan was super welcoming, patient, and helpful. I enjoyed the class a lot and would recommend to anyone trying to take their Pilates practice to the next level!
If you are looking for an intense low impact workout this is the place to go!
I am full blown addicted to my workout at Core704! I love everyone who teaches the classes they are so detailed, push you in a really healthy way. Oh top of that if you ever need anything they respond back to emails so quickly and have wonderful customer service. It’s the easiest (hardest physically) workout to fit into my schedule and I feel so confident again. Keep at it if your first few classes are too hard.
