Core 7 has a great environment, as well as wonderful workouts. The instructors are knowledgable and extensively trained. It feels like family. Just wanted to add on to this review- I have been coming to Core 7 Fitness for over 5 years now and I continue to love it more and more! I feel accepted and supported! I get amazing workouts and have met incredible people! I always leave feeling better than when I came! Highly recommend!
Disappointed
I will first and foremost say, I enjoyed the classes. The instructors were kind and created a positive atmosphere. I had signed up hoping to enjoy my membership for the summer and fall until moving to California for a job. When I went to cancel they told me I had signed a 12 month contract WHICH I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT. When signing up, they took my CC info over the phone and then rushed the contract signing a few days later right after a class. I love this place! I have never worked out and felt so loved and accepted like I do at Core7! Shantel and her instructors are the best. It felt so incredible to go to Breath work and sound bath mediation tonight. It’s one of my favs
AMAZING!! I’ve never had so much fun in a yoga class! And the barre class was new for me- couldn’t have predicted how much I’d love it! Shantel, Cassie, Stephanie, and the entire team are just the BEST. Thanks for the awesome workouts!
