BarRE VIVE is an amazing gym with amazing instructors and people. It’s like a family of people that work out together. The instructors teach classes that are core based. You feel like you’ve gotten a great workout when you leave, and you feel like you have learned how to work out. The instructors have helped you and redirected if you have needed some adjustment or re positioning to prevent injuries. It’s truly a great place. I can’t imagine working out anywhere else. Thank you Meghan, Jenny, Alie, and Kristine.
I took my first barre class here about a year ago and have been working out here ever since. At first I did feel a little awkward getting used to the barre exercises, especially the ballet section. However, all the instructors are very nice and helpful which makes all the classes accessible to beginners. Their enthusiasm helps motivate you to work harder and they consistently add variations to the workouts which keeps the classes interesting and helps engage your muscles in different ways. Core 7 has a great environment, as well as wonderful workouts. The instructors are knowledgable and extensively trained. It feels like family. Just wanted to add on to this review- I have been coming to Core 7 Fitness for over 5 years now and I continue to love it more and more! I feel accepted and supported! I get amazing workouts and have met incredible people! I always leave feeling better than when I came! Highly recommend!
