I've been working with the trainers at Core 360 for over 3 years. They are fantastic and the classes are always challenging, new and up beat. They worked with me to rehab my knee post (and pre) surgery. A great class environment with gym mates that always provide a laugh (and support).

This studio is very well-equipped and has a light, spacious feel to it. The instructors are positive, knowledgeable, and very supportive. I always look forward to my classes here, and have seen and felt such improvements in my posture, core and fitness in a couple of weeks. The instructors have taken the time to observe me and other members, and always gently guide us to improve our form. I wish someone had told me about this place years ago. I tried a few gyms and studios before but Core 360 is simply amazing. The instructors make the difference. These ladies are well trained, their knowledge and attention to detail make working out fun. (they even keep track of how much I lift every week. Awesome!) Low impact exercises with a wide variety of classes. My lower back feels better and I actually look forward to my work outs. Everyone should try Pilates. And Core 360 is the place.
