I have been coming to Chris for 3 weeks now with chronic lower back pain and sciatica what a difference he has made already my sciatica has almost gone from down my leg and already started to feel a difference with my back pain he's so knowledgeable makes you feel very comfortable and a very positive person I can 100% recommend him I've been to chiropractor physio acupuncture with no success wish I had found him sooner
I visited Core 3 wellness today for some pain id been suffering from and as soon as I arrived Chris made me feel at ease and was extremely knowledgeable with service he was offering and went through all of the treatment he was doing as he was doing it. Chris gave me some exercises to do at home and the treatment he has given has helped tremendously. Thank you so much Chris. I highly recommend Core 3 wellness to everyone.
Great experience at Core 3, Chris took time to understand current aches/discomfort and contributing factors then worked through them with complimenting techniques inc. stretches, cupping and massage and continued to check in on range of movement and pain as he worked through
Chris has been fabulous with supporting me with my netball! He is able to help my recovery each week and make sure I am performing well and at the top of my game! Would highly recommend!!
I cannot thank Chris enough for helping me with intense hip pain. I actually thought I was never going to get better, but Chris knew, straight away what the problem was & within a week my pain was subsiding at a vast rate of knots! I have only needed two sessions & with doing the exercises Chris has set for me I am almost back to normal, something I thought would never happen, as I was struggling to get out of bed & walk up the stairs!
