I drive quite a bit to get to Core3 for pelvic floor physical therapy and to help with other postpartum related issues. It has been such a pleasant and peaceful experience and I noticed a significant reduction in my diastasis recti! They were flexible when I had to bring my youngest with me. The environment was calm and I felt like it was easy to ask for clarification on exercises/routines. Fabulous place. Have been to another prior to coming here for my neck issue and have had so much progress coming 2x a week. Clean, friendly, educated staff which all help to motivate you.
