Absolute nightmare of an experience at Cordova Transmission in Dixon. They took my car for 2 and a half months and it was nearly impossible to get ahold of them the entire time. I virtually had no idea what was happening to my car 90% of the time which was incredibly concerning.I was told several dates that my car would be done and then would hear nothing from them. Very unprofessional coming from a females point of view. Definitely treated me like I wasn’t knowledgeable. Disrespectful and uncaring. Ruined my car in multiple places and wouldn’t take responsibility for it. I am very nice on my things so upsetting!! You take it to a professional for professionalism!! Not to mention my tire could have blew up and my safety was in concern. And my kids! Never will I go back, and if I could afford a lawyer I would sue for my money back and for them to fix the damage they did!!
