Have had no response to several phone calls.

I had them come to my place to assess my water heater. Doing so he started a fire in my compartment. In process of extinguishing the flames he broke my water hose. I was told in the end that I needed a part which would be ordered. This was on a Friday and informed the part should arrive on Monday. Come Monday I received no contact. From that time I had attempted to call and text messages to contact me in regards in completing the job. This continued on for over a month. They do not do emergency service. They do not answer their phones and they do not return calls. This is a fly by night operation. I would avoid them.
