Beth Mills did my did an amazing on both pair of my glasses. She has impeccable customer service, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and informative. Will definitely continue to go there for all of my vision needs
They have sold to a corporate company. It is terrible. I am trying to get my contact lenses prescription so I can look for someplace new. Is so sad they had excellent customer service. Now no one ever calls back. You call and they are pleasant but when you call again they have no memory of you but promise to do something and then don’t. I’ve been a customer for almost 18 years. This will be last time.
They have recently sold to a corporation and they are awful now! I had an eye exam in November and they were supposed to call me when my contacts came in. Never got a call. By the first part of December, I called repeatedly to see if my lenses were in. My calls went straight to voice mail. No one ever responded! It is now January 6, 2025 and I have continued to call repeatedly and ask about my lenses and can't get a call back.
