Our internet seemed bogged down so we contacted customer service to see what they recommended. Our router is about 4 years old and has never had an update. I got a call back within 30 minutes that a tech was already checking the main connection at the road to make sure everything looked great. We dropped off our router and within 10 minutes it was ready to take home and plug back in. Everything is working flawlessly and it's so incredibly fast now. What a huge difference! Thank you for the advice and excellent customer service. This is why I love our hometown internet provider.
