I use Issica Cordova to clean my 1100 square ft condo. She goes above and beyond any cleaning I've ever had. I book her monthly to get on her busy schedule. I will continue to use her as long as I can.

Cordova Cleaning did a fantastic job with our move out. Everything looks incredible including the carpets! Definitely use this company if your place needs cleaned.
The price changes depending on Issica's mood. One month it's $170, the next few months it's $160, then most recently it was $185 because she wanted me to put down a $25 deposit for the next clean which would increase to a $50 deposit next month. This is the only cleaning company I know that requires a deposit. I'm not happy about her price fluctuations or the fact that she rushed through the cleans and often missed things.
