Not recommended. I recently held an event at Cordon Bleu. The bartender was very inexperienced, not knowing sherry from wine and not knowing rum. There were no lemons or limes available to serve with the drinks. The butler served canapes were delicious. The food was mediocre (very bland) and the dance floor filthy. If having an event insist on a tasting of the food. They can do better than this.
