This the most expensive and worst quality home I've ever owned. The purchasing experience was great but once you're in, you realize how bad the work quality is. During the first warranty meeting, they try to push everything off until the 11 month warranty meeting. At the 11 month warranty, they blame everything on your home being a year old. I’m definitely going to take back my review from the first time I posted as I felt obligated to give a good review!!! The worst builder I’ve ever purchased from they are full of excuses!! They say they’re all about quality there is NO QUALITY here!! I was told that if I wanted quality then I should’ve built a custom home!!
