I've lived here for 2 years and highly recommend it. The property is always well-maintained, and the maintenance and front desk staff are always on top of things. Everyone in the complex is friendly for the most part. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and beautiful, this is the place. My only complaints would be the random water cut-offs (not that it is the fault of the complex itself) and sometimes how early the people who maintain the property come and work. HIGHLY recommend.
Cordillera is a beautiful place to live. Bella and Monica in the office are very nice people and have been very helpful answering questions and finding solutions in a professional manner. The area is great and full of stuff to do. Amenities are wonderful and very accessible!
Cordillera Apartment Complex in Phoenix is truly amazing! The community is clean, safe, and beautifully maintained.
