Cordick Homes built our cottage in 2007. So when we needed our roof replaced we called Justin. He was friendly, efficient and kept in touch during the process. We are pleased with his work and will definitely use him again!
We had Cordick Homes put a new steel roof on an addition to our home. It was not a straight-forward job as this roof butted up against an existing wall that had a number of protrusions. This made the job more difficult especially for the flashing that had to be completed. Justin used very effective and beautiful finishing trims around all of the perimeter of the roof that was not used on a previously clad steel roof.
