Dinner at Fri.'s Evening of Elegance hosted by FAHI African American Museum and Cultural Center was delicious. Of 2 choices of entree plates prepared and catered by Cordially Yours Catering & Events ... I chose the Baked Salmon, Red Potatoes and White Rice alongside Cheesecake and Cabernet Franc by Preston Ridge Wnery whereas, others chose Baked Chicken, Green Beans and Red Potatoes. Both plates were accompanied by a variety of desserts and wine beverages. I wholeheartedly recommend Cordially Yours to cater our next venue.
