Cordial transported a vehicle for us a few months back and left us the only bad review we ever had stating that we refused to pay them which is not true. We paid the driver in full by check the day of delivery.

Cordial shipped my 2008 Acura from Oklahoma to Michigan. The carrier had a two deck trailer and loaded my car on the lower deck. When it arrived in Michigan, the were two long dents in the roof (narrowly missing the glass moon roof). The driver had us review the car while it was still on the trailer, making the damage impossible to see. Once the damage was discovered, I contacted the carrier's insurer.
