I was charged $10 on my charge when I only used a $1.00 to clean out my car!!! WTF!!!! I will be going back to day to talk to someone about my money! This is crazy and apparently "happens all the time". What kinda business is this!!!
I was charged $10.00 for a $2.00 car wash. I called the phone number and it was a fax # so I drove there and talked to the man working and he said they have this problem all the time. He gave me a number to the supposed owner and said she will refund my money. I am yet to hear back and will continue to call until I get my refund. Here is the owners phone # 740-454-9942
Horrible horrible horrible. Don't ever try to use your card here. It will take $10 off every time you swipe with no way to accept or deny.
Wish I could give it zero stars! The automatic car wash just froze in the middle of the process, and left my car with suds all over. So then I bought a $2 rinse and they charged me $10! Now I can't find any way of getting ahold of anyone in charge. Every phone number is to a fax machine. If you want to give away your money go to this place!
