Furnace was making an abnormal sound. Gary came out to look at what was going on. He was informative and respectful while he was fixing our furnace. He helped me understand our system a lot more and what is/isn’t normal. I’m thankful he was able to squeeze our service call in before I went to work. Overall, very professional and will be calling Cordes in the future if we need help with our furnace/AC!
Excellent service and price, on a Sunday
Furnace was not heating ? Called Gary, arrived 2.5 hrs later. Diagonosed issue with flame sensor repaired and life is good. Experienced and knowledgable.
Made a business deal with Gary, but turned out he wouldn’t honor his side of the deal because of things outside my control. Wouldn’t recommend doing business with someone like that.
