They absolutely do not care in the least bit about their patients. They barely answer the phone, no professional business ignores the phone and or hangs up on people when they finally get through. They have been ignoring my sister for more than 2 months, and she is a disabled senior who desperately needs care. She is a very sweet old lady and she's been ignored for over 2 months now. Considering how many offices they have, they are extremely unprofessional.
Sent wrong amount of prescription called several times 3hrs later sent right amount but wrong medication, 6hrs later still hasn't been fixed an uhh
Yet again followed my providers directions and was told to see whomever in between the 90 day in office visits and called today’s to get on telemedicine and Cindy the owner of the clinic told me I couldn’t be treated because she hadn’t seen me in some time then made statements about me having left a bad review and gaslit me into being jerked around and getting bad directions from multiple providers as being my fault. Last time I deal with this clinic ever. Stay away. They don’t care you are just a number to them.
Absolutely the worst doctors office I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life, multiple times they would send my pharmacy 3 pills when my prescription was for a month, not to mention the milligrams being incorrect. This happened for months in a row and nobody would fix the issue. Then I’m told my prescription is ready, go to pick it up, meanwhile my daughters in the hospital, Walmart doesn’t have the prescription and doesn’t know anything about it. Do not go there. These people will scam and treat you like a customer. I've been a patient for years. They do not care about your wellbeing, just giving you pills and making you a number. Lately they bill me in the backend for "tests" and when it builds up tells me I can't see my doctor unless I pay. They can't keep doctors worth anything. Expect to see a different faces every couple of months. It's sad this is what our "medical professionals" have become.
