Is this the only way to transport a live racoon at -40? Serious question. I'm not into animal rights but this seems kind of cruel and I'm wondering why it's done this way.
Wanted to charge us $1700 for a mouse issue. Charged us $100 for his estimate and didn’t seem to offer other options. $1700 or nothing I guess? So basically he took our money and tried to make us pay a ridiculous amount of money ($1700) or lose our $100. Not a way to do business in my opinion. Gave him two stars because he apparently dresses and talks like he’s a mouse assassin, which would be kinda cool if he didn’t also try to rip us off.

Seen a bug in my house looked like a cockroach was very paranoid called a bunch of exterminators (it was midnight) they were the only ones to answer and sat on the phone with me for 15min answering all my questions keep in mind it’s midnight on a Wednesday probably woke him up from and sleep was still very patient with me and asked to send him a pic witch I had already killed the bug I found and I found another one the next day and sent him pics and it was a stink bug he didnt charge me a thing just was a nice helpful guy
