This is a hidden gem in Abilene - if you have not been here, you are truly missing out. The food is fresh and so delicious! The owners are warm, wonderful, and passionate about their food and products. They will educate you about the oils and vinegars in the shop - which I find very interesting. Truly, one of the best places in Abilene!

I had heard about cordells for years, but never went. And then a friend suggested it. I went to the store and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and we're right there to tell you all about it. We ordered lunch. The prices were reasonable. The food was beautiful and delicious. And it was super cool because like for the dressings they make them with the oil and vinegar that they have right there and then there's recipes as well.
