shotty workmanship. sheetrock nails coming through sheetrock finisher is awful garage doors are junk. concrete slab is all over the place not enough lines cut in slab. basement stairwell crooked and falling apart very poorly built. stay away not worth what they are charging these days and watch out this guy puts restrictions in your deed. so you won’t be able to put a shed up where you want or a fence without approval. stay away
