I had a less than stellar experience in Fall 2020. I had relocated to Texas and needed to update my estate documents. I had an existing trust and wanted to revise it along with other estate planning documents. During our first conversation, we walked through my existing documents and what she recommended for Texas. I was surprised to hear her suggest a will when I already had a trust. We talked about my concern regarding property ownership out of state but she still encouraged a will.
