I just want say how disappointed I was with their service. They dropped me because there attorney quit on them, and they didn’t have another attorney in my area who could finish my case. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, and they don’t deserve the one stat I gave them.

Terrible business ethics. They charged me a $180 consultation fee which I agreed to, and wrote me an email stating I could retain “whenever I feel ready”. I called back to retain within about a week and was told an attorney had left the Bedford office and was not returning, therefore this put pressure on 1 attorney as she had to take a heavy workload to make up for the loss. Attorney Jilian Pfeifer was an excellent advocate, consummate professional and an excellent steward throughout a very rough, contentious and emotional divorce process.
