It was the most frustrating experience I have had in my entire life. I was told from the very beginning that I would receive calls back in a prompt manner. Even given time frames of how he returned calls/emails. In many cases it was over a week at best. My case was not a difficult one but the amount of wasted time was unbelievable. When all was said and done the case closed with a reasonable conclusion.
20 minutes in and the guy I got paired with to do a consultation was basically representing the opposing party before hearing the full story. When asked to explain further in detail about what was said he starting blowing things out of proportion. Don't waste your time or money.
