I had a HORRIBLE experience with this firm. Lead counsel especially. No empathy at all. Only wants to email you. Nickel and dimes you for everything. Only wants to prepare you for court so they get more money instead of actually helping you settle. Every time something happened, it was always “save it for court.” If you have thousands and thousands of $$$$$ to waste, then by all means choose this firm.
