RecommendedI was lucky in that my divorce was pretty smooth as my ex wife and I agreed to work together on most issues, but I was very happy to have Elisabeth Fletcher as my attorney in this matter. What few issues did arise were dealt with quickly and effectively. She was very good at explaining the process and why certain things were done or not done. I was never worried that my rights as a dad would be in jeopardy.
Paula Casey was my attorney and kept charging me so much in such a small period of time. Every time we would go to court, she would try to ask me questions, because she never return my calls, so she knew nothing about my case or how to battle the case. It was a real waste of money. She will not know your case, she will not return your calls and will do what giver her more billing hours that are fabricated because on my bill I got a number of phone calls that I never received.
