Our family has done our home improvement purchases at Cordell for 25 years. This tradition and our respect for the staff’s expertise and costumer skills are now gone. We purchased paint and tools for painting our house and I was struck by how impolite staff were. Nevertheless, my family members went back with a muted red paint chip from the Benjamin Moore collection to paint the trims and doors. The saleswoman told my them it cannot be produced.
