Helpful staff. The product I requested arrived within a week and none of vinyl planks were damaged!
Our family has done our home improvement purchases at Cordell for 25 years. This tradition and our respect for the staff’s expertise and costumer skills are now gone. We purchased paint and tools for painting our house and I was struck by how impolite staff were. Nevertheless, my family members went back with a muted red paint chip from the Benjamin Moore collection to paint the trims and doors. The saleswoman told my them it cannot be produced. Amazing experience! Super helpful and knowledgable about what products I needed for my project. They recently moved to the building beside where they used to be and they have much more space now!
Amazing experience! Super helpful and knowledgable about what products I needed for my project. They recently moved to the building beside where they used to be and they have much more space now!
Was looking for a paint brush extension. Even though that product was not made any more she came up with a great substitute product that fit the bill. She also promised to phone me when a new product supplier came up with a brush extension.
