A lot of incorrect information on this site, builders listed for projects that aren't theirs, others have been completed long ago and showing as current.
BEWARE! As others have mentioned previously, it seems like the company’s primary goal is to maximise revenue and give complete disregard to customer satisfaction. Their estimation packages have no trial period and lock you in for a 1 year contract. After that period, they automatically roll you over and you have to provide 90 days notice before terminating the account, which as far as I can tell would only be in place to further increase revenue. Very out of date with info. There has been too times that our team has called builders/contractors that are listed, to enquire about a project and then been told the project was completed months ago! Plain frustrating. We are essentially doing Cordells job for them and then still paying an awful lot of money! Sad. Do not recommend at all.
We Joined up to RP Data Cordell more than 3 months ago. The information on the site is either irrelevant, outdated or wrong. It is also mostly found publicly. Other platforms do a much better job for less. They sell it as a great product but it is a complete waste of time and money. Worse, there is no trial period and their "National Retention Manager" is all about retaining the revenue, not the client.
