Dr Sotelo is outstanding.
I cannot rate my experience with the doctor because I only dealt with her front desk person who needs SERIOUS training on how to be a professional or choose another industry where they are not in the business of helping people. Reception personal are the first impression of a company, I will never choose Dr. Sotelo as my choice of physician based on my experience with her front desk person.
