I cannot rate my experience with the doctor because I only dealt with her front desk person who needs SERIOUS training on how to be a professional or choose another industry where they are not in the business of helping people. Reception personal are the first impression of a company, I will never choose Dr. Sotelo as my choice of physician based on my experience with her front desk person.
Took my daughter in for neck pain. Dr Sotelo spent time listening, questioning and examining her. She was throughout and thoughtful. Her caring bedside manner was felt. We did not feel rushed. I like the way she took time explaining, treatments, meds, possible outcomes one could understand easily. We will definitely seek her out for future visits.
