Very professional and caring. Excellent customer service. Storage units are clean and well kept. I feel safe there very well lit if you have to be there at night.
Easy to setup to get in but every couple of months, they add a different charge which raises your rate higher! I am was paying $44 a month for a 5x10 at the beginning and now has gone up to $65 a month in less than a year. I now have spiders and other bugs all in my possessions that are in the storage unit! I would not recommend and I will be moving my things very soon!!
