Many people hold a negative perception of auto mechanics, citing concerns about overcharging, unnecessary repairs, and a lack of transparency. I am one of those people. We had new brakes and rotors placed on our vehicle at the end of October 2024. The car started shaking when applying the brakes on 04-15. They were able to take a look at it on 04-16 and found that the front rotors had warped (cause unknown). Had work done to replace ball joint and control arm in August. Just had to get it replaced by another mechanic 7 months later and less than 10,000 miles due to the ball joint being loose. Do not recommend going to this place. I submitted an online request regarding the matter and was never contacted back.
