Andrew was awesome to deal with, I broke down on the trail in douglas on my sled trip and was about to have a ruined weekend. Luckily Andrew took me right away understanding my position and moved other clients work out of the shop to get me in. Within an hour he replaced the the rollers on my 2ndary clutch with parts he had in stock and sent me on my way and the price was more than fair. Thanks again Andrew! Sent my machine back for other work afterwards and has been nothing but great and very knowledgeable.
