I had a horrible experience at this office. Specifically with the front office staff who are rude and lacking in compassion and care. I was told to wear a heart monitor for a week and then was never given the results. They called me as I was there for my appointment in the parking lot to tell me that they would not be giving me the results because my insurance was out of network. Run. The front office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I came into this office because of chest pain that I was having. They gave me a heart monitor to wear for a week. The day of my follow up appointment, I went to get my results, and the front office called me (when I was in the parking lot) and told me that they would not be giving me the results, because my insurance was not in network- even though I had a referral from my PCP.
