We recently purchased our new furnace from the good folks at Corcan. I have nothing but excellent things to say about every individual we dealt with at the company. Techs, front office, sales. Everyone was straightforward, honest and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate for one minute to recommend their services to anyone, whether it be for a service call, duct cleaning or new equipment.
CorCann installed a beautiful Blaze King Sirocco 20.2 in our livingroom. Paul helped us pick a stove that fit in the dimensions we needed. He was very quick with email responses and was able to get everything organized and installed in 2 week. He coordinated with our contractor for the tile and drywall work. Purchased a water heater when our old rental broke and flooded our basement. We called a few places and many didn’t even call back. CorCann answered and Corey came out the same day to see what our issue was. It was a long weekend and they installed our new water heater on the holiday Monday. It was so helpful as our kids were not wanting to drive half an hour to shower at family’s houses, and we hated using cold water to wash our dishes and hands.
Our gas fireplace died and would not re-start. Jay explained everything about how it worked and what to watch for in the future. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Thanks Jay!!!!
I had an issue with a smell in my garage and thought it was my propane heater. Corcann had their tech Jay show up a day earlier than scheduled! Jay did an excellent job, inspected my heater and supply lines, including testing for Co2 levels. He explained everything as he was doing it.
