I use this spa specifically for waxing and facials and have been going here for 5+ years. Previously I went to Mary and Le who are sadly no longer there, but now I exclusively go to Vanessa. Originally from France, she brings her skincare and waxing techniques with her, and will recommend specific products for your age and skin type. I had the most uncomfortable shampoo and dry with Christina. It was like she was annoyed having to do it. Didn’t crack a smile once and was completely rude. I was visiting from out of town and this was a really bad experience! For 75.00 you should be treated at least with a little respect. She does not enjoy her job!
